Dee-dee

This is my entry for  contest.
I hope I made her simple, though I'm sure of it is really simple. I'm still a beginner in drawing with details, however I'm trying to make it better. 
 I forgot to put the name. I'll call here Dee-dee

Unfortunately, I still can't open my adobe Photoshop, instead I made this in Adobe Illustrator.
 This is my first time to enter a contest of making a mascot.
